A2 Dance Center Tuition Policy- Fall 2024 Session
1. Registration Fees: There is no fall registration fee ​

2. Class Rates: The class rate is $14 per day/class, which is $168 for the full fall session for most classes. When taking more than one class, the second and third class are discounted.

3. Recital Fee: There is a Holiday Show Production and Costume fee of $85 charged in October. Production fees are necessary to cover the cost of the event venue, staff to supervise students, lighting and sound technicians, backstage managers, etc. It is also necessary to purchase costumes for each student. Students will keep their costumes. We do our best to choose quality, budget-friendly costumes, and to organize the management of the Holiday Show as efficiently as possible to keep our costs low. Our recitals and productions would not be feasible without a production fee.
4. Teacher Substitutions: In the event that a teacher needs to be substituted on a specific day, we reserve the right to provide a qualified substitute teacher for the class.
5. Class Cancellations: Classes may be canceled due to extreme weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances of extradorinaiy nature. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you in advance.
6. Payment Schedule: Tuition fees should be paid in full at the beginning of each semester, prior to the start of classes. We accept multiple payment methods, including cash, check, or online payment.
7. Refund Policy: Tuition and recital fees are non-refundable, except in extraordinary circumstances. If you encounter such circumstances, please contact the studio management to discuss the situation.
